Settings
This guide is based on Android 8.0 and 9.0 phone system. The path varies slightly depending on different versions.
Notifications
1. If you have not enabled push notifications of DSS Agile, you can tap Enable at the top of the Message interface; tap Notifications > Allow Notifications.

2. Enable the Allow Notifications, and make sure that the functions below are enabled too.

3. To receive the alarm messages and video call messages timely, please enable all the following functions.
(There are Vibrate and Ring options in some types of phones. Make sure that they are enabled.)

Ringtone Settings
Tap Ringtone to select ringtones for notifications.
(Ringtones in some types of phones cannot be modified.)

The notifications cannot be enabled in some types of phones. What can I do?
1. Enter Settings manually, tap Applications and Notifications > Notifications> DSS Agile > Allow Notifications. Make sure that the functions below are enabled too.
2. To receive the alarm messages and video call messages timely, please enable all the Vibrate and Ring functions under each sub-item.
